Plazo de retracto y Garant\u00eda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Derecho de Retracto:<\/strong>\u00a0El cliente dispone de un plazo m\u00e1ximo de\u00a0<strong>5 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/strong>\u00a0a partir de la entrega del producto para solicitar la devoluci\u00f3n (aplicable principalmente para compras a distancia o por internet).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Garant\u00eda Legal:<\/strong>\u00a0Si el producto presenta defectos de f\u00e1brica o no es apto para su uso, el cliente tiene hasta\u00a0<strong>1 a\u00f1o<\/strong>\u00a0para solicitar la garant\u00eda (cambio, reparaci\u00f3n o devoluci\u00f3n).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Condiciones del Producto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para que la devoluci\u00f3n sea aceptada, el producto debe cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Encontrarse en su\u00a0<strong>empaque original<\/strong>, sellado y sin signos de manipulaci\u00f3n o uso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contener todas sus etiquetas, manuales y accesorios completos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentar la factura de compra o documento equivalente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Procedimiento para solicitar la devoluci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contactar a\u00a0<strong>Disvecol SAS<\/strong>\u00a0dentro del plazo establecido a trav\u00e9s de su canal oficial (correo electr\u00f3nico o l\u00ednea de atenci\u00f3n al cliente).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proporcionar el n\u00famero de factura, fotos del producto y el motivo de la devoluci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una vez aprobada, el cliente deber\u00e1 enviar o entregar el producto en las instalaciones f\u00edsicas de\u00a0<strong>Disvecol SAS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. M\u00e9todos de Reembolso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la devoluci\u00f3n es aprobada, Disvecol SAS ofrece las siguientes alternativas de compensaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Saldo a favor:<\/strong>\u00a0Cup\u00f3n canjeable por otros productos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Revolvente:<\/strong>\u00a0Consignaci\u00f3n o transferencia bancaria a la cuenta del titular de la compra (puede tardar hasta 30 d\u00edas calendario seg\u00fan lo estipulado por la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Nota:<\/em>\u00a0Los gastos de env\u00edo por devoluci\u00f3n (por retracto) corren por cuenta del cliente, salvo que el producto presente defectos o se haya enviado por error.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
